Be Wary of Scammers and Impersonators

Be wary of scammers who attempt to impersonate Emprise Bank by either identifying themselves as such or by spoofing our phone number.

Our fraud department may call, text, or email you about suspicious transactions, but we would never ask you to provide:

• Full card number
• PIN
• Digital banking password
• Full SSN
• 3 digit code on the back of your card
• Verification code

We'll also never ask you to verify a code sent to you by text, nor will we ever ask you to enter a code by text.

Do not dial any codes that begin with # or * that the caller may provide to you. Such as *72, #21 or **67.

Always go through our digital banking, website or Contact Center when needing assistance, and advise your family members to be cautious as well.
