Sonja Theisen Joins Emprise Bank as CFO, Bringing Extensive Financial Services Experience and Visionary Leadership
WICHITA, Kan. - Emprise Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Sonja Theisen to its leadership team. In her role as EVP, Chief Financial Officer, she will oversee the finance and operations divisions at Emprise.
Sonja joins Emprise Bank from Pathward (formerly Metabank), where she was most recently Head of Risk, Underwriting, and Customer Experience. She brings an impressive background with more than 15 years of experience in the financial services sector, specializing in finance, accounting, and risk management. Her expertise in banking as a service will be instrumental as Emprise Bank continues to develop its innovative Emprise Embedded platform.

Sonja is a graduate of the University of South Dakota. She currently resides in Sioux Falls and will travel to Wichita regularly to be in person with her teams. Beyond her professional endeavors, she actively contributes to the community, serving on the Boards at EmBe and LifeScape Foundation.

But the more important side is what I bring to the table from a leadership perspective.
